The Ministry of Transport and Communications is continuing the project for subsidizing construction of individual housing facilities through the preparation of a basic project and donation to the investor. Through this measure, we provide subsidies of up to EUR 2,000 through the provision of a free home construction project. In addition to reducing the construction costs, this measure will also reduce the deadlines for obtaining a building permit.
